Blvckhair  is the operator of www.blvckhair.com.  By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service and ensure customer satisfaction. At Blvckhair your satisfaction is our top most priority .

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We have a standard 2 - 5 working days processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to Sales Promo or holidays.  Our orders are fulfilled via DHL

Delivery takes 2 - 5 working days after order has been placed or less depending on shipping method which makes a total of 4- 10 working days for order processing and delivery .

Braid wigs / custom orders might take up to 3-10 working days for order to be processed excluding delivery.

***NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS***

Orders placed weekends are seen as Monday orders because we do not work weekends. 

 

 

NON-DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. This varies per country, Blvckhair is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees.

Blvckhair is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local postal service for further details. 

 

SHIPPING COST 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link and number from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for postal delays. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority, in a situation where you are left unsatisfied with your purchase , please follow our return and exchange policy


RETURNS

We can assure you all hairs undergo a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections before we ship.

Please inspect your hair immediately you receive ,If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please email us at hello@blvckhair.com .

If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly receive it and begin the return process. 

Time Frame : Customers have 5 days to make a return or exchange request after the item is delivered. Once your request for a return has been approved, please  return the item with its original package intact within 7 days of approval. We will send you a shipping label to return the item or send a courier to pick up.

Refund on Return; We do not offer cash refund for product returned , rather we would issue a store credit or do an exchange or replacement.

Inspection: Our fulfillment department will inspect incoming shipment to ensure product sent back is in its original condition.

Non - Eligible returns : No in-store credit /exchange will be given if product has been unraveled, co-washed, trimmed or manipulated in any manner from its original state, this includes if any product has been used on the hair. 

EXCHANGES

BLVCKHAIR offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at its sole discretion and may exchange products under the following conditions 

 

  • We will not accept any product, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, styled, brushed or cut) in any way. The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition, be scent-free and it’s packaging intact . We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without an exchange .
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and can not be exchanged .
  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value per your selection. In the case of a product of higher value , cash top up will be made.
  • For any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a in-store credit for the remaining balance owed .
  • If the item has no defect and there were no shipping errors, and you request an exchange or return, you will be required to pay a restocking fee which is $15 plus a $10 return fee.  

  • If we need to ship you a new item, You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs.
  • Customers opting for an store credit might be exempt from paying a restocking fee depending on the situation.
  • When we receive your return request  , a representative will confirm whether or not you qualify for a return and provide you with return instructions.

Our Style Guide is provided for our customers to guide them through the handling and caring for our hair extensions.

Any substances or hair products that you, or any other person, places on the hair is out of our control. If at any time, we feel the hair has been damaged by hair products, dying the hair, etc.., you will be denied an exchange . 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF EXCHANGE ITEM

Please allow up to 3 - 10 working days for your exchange to be processed after we receive your item(s) back. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information just as you did when you first ordered after your order has been completed.

If the return item is not eligible for return ,the item will be sent back to you after you pay the shipping fee for it to be sent back.

 

How can I  cancel my order? 

To cancel, contact customersupport@blvckhair.com or message us via whatsapp (+2348150671289) not more than 3 hours after your order was placed.  After this time we might be unable to cancel your order. 

Orders cannot be cancelled for cash refund, rather we would issue you a store credit. 

In a situation where we are successfully able to cancel your order for a refund,  10% of the item value will be subtracted from your refund as restocking fee to cover for costs incurred.

Cancellations of custom orders will incur a 20% fee of the total order value.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 - 5 business days of approval.
